J’ai commencé quelques séances de yoga sur chaises, j’ai la soixantaine, je suis enrobé, je ne suis pas souple , j’ai des problèmes de santé et je stress facilement. Comme dis Amélie à chaque début de séances on ne force pas on fait selon nos capacités, après la séances je ressens un bien être de détente et sans stress comme si j’étais dans une bulle les exercices sont faciles , je ne pensais pas avoir des courbatures et bien j’en ai ce qui prouve que je travaille bien🤣😅. Je corrige maintenant plus facilement mon assise pour mon dos, le reste va suivre.
